It is better to practice a little than talk a lot

confident because
she knows what to say
As a Public Relations Practitioner, it is one of my duties to be able to speak publicly. Public speaking entails things like presentations, speeches, interactions, and so forth. In order to excel at these activities, there is a certain level of knowledge you need to acquire on who your audience are and what you have to say. If you fail to put that into perspective, you can end up either not saying anything useful, or talking a lot and nonsense.

There is also the fact that, most people are not used to speaking publicly. It is understandable that some people get shy and nervous when they are to give a speech or make a presentation and no matter how ready they are to deliver, they might mess it up by either not saying anything, or beating around the bush.
It is very frightened to speak in front of everybody because, you have all eyes on you, ready to judge you according to your accent, physical appearance and knowledge of the topic The advice is no matter how nervous or shy you get, know that when you are there you are in charge. You know the message and your audience doesn’t. So, speak with confidence and make it short and straight to the point. Practice and know your message and you will be okay.
Practice a little and get the message across.
