Only bad things happen quickly. Well, this is
a tricky one; as good things can also happen quickly. Though often at times,
good things take time to happen because often at times they last long. Don’t
get me wrong, good things can also last for a short while, but let’s examine
this further.
It is in my opinion that bad things happen
quickly because there is not sense of integrity and
dignity behind them. Take for instance, people that want the good life, full of
material things (vanity upon vanity); not that i have anything against having
material things. The point is, many at times those people become so impatient
to possess the material things, that in the process they end up choosing a
wrong path and they go at it at a fast pace, as they want it and need to have
it now.
You will agree with me that good things stand
taste of time as they reveal love, peace and happiness. It often takes a
lifetime to get good things, but if one is patient enough, the good thing is
just waiting for you around the corner.
